1:00 pm to 1:30 pm Opening Circle and Introductions
1:30 pm to 2:00 pm Movement Exploration with pinaypages
2:00 pm to 2:15 pm Transition in Yoga/Soundbath
2:15 pm to 3:45 pm Yoga and Soundbath with Liza and Neil
