A Special Fundraising Event for the Rotary-Habitat Build Project
An evening when everyone leaves with a piece of art or a surprise!
Each guest will receive a numbered card when entering the event to enjoy light refreshments, a cash bar, music, and socializing with fellow Rotarians and friends. Original “Art” pieces, of all sizes and descriptions, solicited from local artists and donated from individual Rotarians’ collections, will be arranged on tables around the room. Gift bags holding a “Surprise” will be an alternative option.
Every 15 minutes, cards will be drawn, and guests will be invited to select an art item or a surprise gift bag of their choice. Individuals may negotiate a swap of items, although this is not required.
At the end of an enjoyable and entertaining evening, every guest will leave with something to treasure. Art pieces will include framed photographs, oils or watercolors, glass, sculpture, pottery, ceramics, baskets, and other one-of-a-kind pieces. Surprise bags may offer bottles of wine, gift cards, or smaller art pieces.
