A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization. Southwest flight e-passes are valid for one-way travel and can be combined for round-trip travel on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States, its territories, and its possessions, including Puerto Rico, unless otherwise stated in your award document. - have no blackout dates - are not eligible for extensions, reissue, or replacement - Information regarding the type of travel and travel validity dates will be included in your Southwest flight e-pass award document. - Acceptance of or use of a flight e-pass℠ indicates that your organization is responsible for collecting appropriate information from recipients of the flight e-pass℠ and reporting and filing all government tax form required by law (e.g. 1099)  - ATTENTION: Employees and officials with a federal, state, or local government office may be prohibited from accepting the enclosed Southwest flight e-pass(es)℠. Government employees and officials should consult with their designated government ethics office to determine whether such a prohibition or other form of restriction exists. Any gift received in error should be returned promptly to the event organizer. 

Rotary Club member will provide e-certificates to winner of the auction item to book travel through May 7, 2026
