A Professional Residential Landscape Masterplan Designprovided by Pat Caughey, Principal and Landscape Architect with Wimmer and Caughey. The masterplan includes a meeting with the client at their residence, assessment of specific needs, inventory of existing conditions, design preferences and specific elements to be included in the design. A zoom online meeting with the client to review a draft of the design providing review of the proposed layout, discussion of specific design features and further discussion of changes, revisions or added ideas as a result of viewing the proposed layout. Based on client input, a final landscape masterplan will be provided as an electronic digital graphic package.
Not included: Final construction documents, building permits and construction oversight. Expires August 1, 2026.
