2 Night Stay at Rock n Ram's, a 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Home in PGA West!!
Rock & Rams has 3 large bedrooms with their own private bathroom. The home also features a half bathroom near the entryway. You will sleep comfortably on brand mattresses with high quality sheets, blankets and pillows. The 3 King beds sleep six comfortably. The master has an extra large walk in closet and a spacious bathroom the features a tub and shower. All bathrooms have shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet paper. The large dining room table, which expands to seat ten people, overlooks the pool and golf course, is the perfect spot to share a fun meal or host a game night!
One of the home's best highlights is the backyard that overlooks the famous 15th hole on the Arnold Palmer golf course. We occasionally get visits from herds of rams! Enjoy this dramatic view in our brand-new pool and oversized spa! We have multiple umbrellas that you can put into the holes in the pool or the hot tub, so you have extra shade as needed.
**Please note that we charge an extra $100 daily to heat the pool to 85 degrees and the hot tub to 101 degrees. If you only want the hot tub heated, it's $50 per day. Please let us know so we can add the fee to the listing.
There are two gas fire pits with cozy seating areas, and an outdoor cooking area with a grill, cooktop, sink, and cold drink storage. There is also a smart tv outside so you can watch the morning news while you drink your coffee.
The Ping Pong table (stored in the garage) is on wheels, so you can move it to the side yard or into the backyard by the pool. The home also has a giant Jenga game and corn hole.
For indoor fun, we offer premium cable and a giant 75" smart tv in the living room. There 65" tvs in every room, and the home has strong Wi-Fi. There is also an indoor gas fireplace for the cold nights!
We have Netflix, Hulu and Prime on every tv.Our home is very secure and safe as a private gate at PGA West allows only guests staying in PGA to enter with 24/7 security and a gate person. Before your check-in, we will ask for the drivers' names to add to the gate. The house is locked with a digital lock. We give out that code the day you check into the property.The kitchen offers high-end appliances with a stove, oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. You can cook any type of meal, and we should be able to accommodate any needs you may have with cookware. We stock the kitchen with all spices, oil, and condiments so you will have the main staples for your cooking.
In each bathroom we have shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet paper so if you forget any of those items we have you covered.
There is a wet bar area with all glassware you need for cocktails, martinis, wine, beer or a mocktail!
There is a 2-car garage that you may park in or the driveway, and there is a Tesla charger.
A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization.
Dates need to be agreed upon with the owners in advance. Restricted dates are Stagecoach, Coachella... unless the house isn't booked and we can accommodate. There may be an additional fee to heat the hot tub and pool depending on the time of year. That will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
