A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization. Experience is prepared and served at the winning bidder’s home or preferred venue within approximately 35 miles of select major U.S. and Canadian cities (Los Angeles, San Diego, Bay Area, Denver, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, Miami, Seattle, Philadelphia, etc.). Other locations and custom requests may be accommodated for an additional fee. Host must provide: • Fully functional kitchen (and/or outdoor grill for churrasco) with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and counter space • Venue, tables, chairs, linens, and décor/centerpieces (optional) • Glassware and plates (one water/wine/whiskey glass per guest; plates and cutlery for each course) Gratuities for chef and staff are not included and are the responsibility of the host/guests. Menus and beverage selections can be customized in advance to suit tastes and dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, certified kosher, etc.). Blackout dates apply around major holidays and major local events; additional blackout dates may apply. Winspire packages must be booked within 1 year of purchase; experience must take place within 2 years of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked at least 60 days in advance. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable; certificates cannot be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
