The space
Kitchen: Features wood flooring, oak cabinetry and tasteful granite countertops. Formal dining area and another breakfast bar area to wine and dine your guests. Fully equipped with multiple islands and dining locations. Keurig pods, tea bags, and ground coffee are provided for your use during your stay.
Living Room: Large open floor plan. Firewood storage. Coffee table for games. Wood Burning Fireplace. Smart TV and a Queen-sized sofa pull out bed.
Primary Bedroom: Upstairs you will find a grand master suite featuring a stone fireplace and cozy sitting area with a King size bed and a Queen size futon. Dressers, armoire, attached master bath, luggage stands. Sofa and fireplace for lounging.
Bedroom Two: Gas fireplace, balcony with a hammock featuring a King size bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom Three: Wood burning fireplace, balcony, Smart TV and a King size bed.
Bedroom Four: Features two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds and kid's toys. (This room is separated from the game room with barn doors.)
Game Room: Smart TV, pool table, BBQ, board games, children's toys.
All bathrooms are en-suite with the exception of the powder room off the living room.
Outdoor Space: Multiple beautiful balconies and decks with filtered lake views. Hammock, table and lounge seating. BBQ and Hot tub.

Amenities for babies and/or young children: On the lower floor there is a large closet including: pack and play, toys, highchair, and two baby gates available for use.
Parking Instructions: The home allows for 4 total cars. One large and one small vehicle can fit in the garage. You can park two to three cars in the driveway. Parking is never allowed on the street. You can access the garage through the front door. Garage door opener can be found on the island as you enter the kitchen.
To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for unwashed dishes left at check-out.
If there is trash left on the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.
Any guest not following county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
