The Albany Downtown Association is pleased to announce the return of Mixology Madness; a cocktail contest that celebrates our local mixologists. Sponsored by Albany Carpet One, the event will be held April 21st from 4-8pm at Sybaris Bistro. Tickets are $60 and you can purchase them (soon!) through a link on this page. Each ticket gets you a wristband, tasting tray, five tasting tickets and one voting ticket for the People's Choice Award along with some amazing food provided by Sybaris Bistro. More tasting tickets can be purchased during the event.
The event has been expanded and will be in two parts this year. From 4-6, attendees will be able to blind sample "tastes" of cocktails made by 10 local bartenders that are hidden behind the curtain. We are thrilled our bartenders will be "live" as they make their signature cocktail fresh during the event. Be sure to vote for your favorite!
At 6pm, the voting stops, ballots are counted and the winning bartenders are announced for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the People's Choice and 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Judge's Choice. After winners are…
