BBQ day youth and adult claim a vessel or a seat on the observation vessel

 Jeff DeLaurie is issuing a skill qualification list.  You may not use a vessel for which he has not qualified you.  Please check with him before securing a vessel.

Small sailboats may carry guests, if the skipper is an SCST registered youth.  Canoes and kayaks may carry guests, if one of the paddlers is an SCST registered youth.  By SCST registered youth is meant a Mariner Junior or a Mariner.  All guests on small boats must present a youth liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
