Atlas Impact Foundation   

Atlas Impact Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity based in Newport Beach, California, focused on clean energy education and access, digital equity, food security, and economic stability. We work to help under-resourced households and community organizations understand and access clean energy programs and resources; we do not own or deploy energy assets. Founded by Van West, the Foundation operates on a current-year operating budget of $25,000 and received its IRS ruling in September 2025.
