Sign up beverage vendors, support and communicate with them throughout the event.
Verify ticket purchase, use stamps to identify over 21, distribute tokens
Determine event theme, acquire decorations (within budget), decorate prior to event, remove decorations at the end of the event,
Unload supplies and take to appropriate locations. Put out directional signs. Place tablecloths on all tables. Add vendor signage to tables. Help with decorations, etc.
All trash must be cleared out of the building. All signs should be gathered. Rotary supplies must be collected and loaded into different vehicles based on the delivery destination.
Oversee all money transactions before during and after the event. Cash handling may be needed during the event so this needs to be controlled. The Treasurer will also support credit card processing.
This is the point person during the event for any questions, instructions, or concerns. This position also coordinates volunteer efforts before, during and after the event.
Provide materials for distribution. Keep event site updated with any additions/changes. Coordinate distribution of posters in general and restaurant-specific. Send press releases to local media outlets. Create/coordinate advertising for the event and thank you after the event.

Carry and sell tokens. Supervise vendor tables for appropriate portion sizes and ensure they are collecting tokens. Offer assistance to both patrons and vendors.
Promote and obtain sponsorships for the event. Keep track of all potential sponsors that were contacted (even if they don't become one).
Assist with the distribution of tokens at check-in and with runners during the event. Vendor collected tokens need to be separated and counted by vendor. It would be more efficient to do this throught the evening. Vendors are reimbursed by the total numbers of tokens.
Monitor all trash cans. Empty trash cans when full and replace trashbags. Trash will be taken to designated area.
