Community Yoga with Liza Gesuden, Dianne Que, and Carol Corpuz

A weekly restorative event hosted by KUBO Organizing Project and KUBO Long Beach.

Gather with us for a trauma-informed, restorative yoga practice where we can prepare for and invite rest through our intentional breath and movement. Every body is welcome. Mats will be provided or bring your own. 

Liza Gesuden (she/her/siya) is a certified Breathe 4 Change yoga instructor (500-ERYT) and teaches trauma-informed, accessible movement classes with diverse communities.

Dianne Que (she/her/siya) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a newly certified yoga teacher (200-CYT). Grounded in joy and care, she holds space for all bodies to practice mindful movement. 

Carol Corpuz is an experienced certified yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher based in Los Angeles/Long beach. Her journey teaching  began in 2013, born out of experienced personal practice that now spans 18+ years.
