You are invited to support SOL by MÜBARK Productions. Filipino queer stories are underfunded, underrepresented, and often erased. SOL exists to change that; and we’re in the final stretch.
Help us reach our goal by May 18. We aim to complete key components of this community project (including the short film and soundtrack) by the end of May in time to celebrate with Norco College student participants as their spring semester comes to a close and some say farewell after graduation. We are raising finishing funds to ensure the project reaches its full potential.
More than a short film, SOL is a community-driven storytelling initiative, in collaboration with Educate to Empower, that brings together individuals across Southern California to uplift marginalized voices, spark dialogue, and build meaningful connections.
Supporters who donate any amount to this campaign will receive an invitation to join a virtual gathering (DATE TBA) where we will screen clips from the latest cut of SOL, listen to the latest draft of the student created compositions that will appear in the soundtrack and give away prizes from generous partners.
