In the early 2010s, Daniel Jabbour saw people quietly longing for a place to talk honestly about psychedelics, and to actually integrate what they'd learned from those experiences into daily life. In 2011, that longing became the San Francisco Psychedelic Society, and something in the culture shifted. Similar communities began forming independently in Baltimore, Brooklyn, Southern California, Europe, and beyond, each one built on the same idea: without community, our psychedelic experiences can drift away into the ether.

In October 2016, leaders from these scattered societies gathered in person for the first time, at the Beyond Psychedelics conference in Prague, marking the first ever gathering of global leaders of Psychedelic Societies around the world.

Ten years later, we're gathering over brunch to celebrate the people who've made this decade possible: longtime supporters, dear friends, and a few of the society leaders carrying this work forward today. This is an intimate, invite-only fundraising brunch in San Francisco, timed alongside the MAPS Gala and PSFC Retreat. Funds raised go directly toward supporting the network's next ten years.
