Introduction to Ancestral Healing with Kathryn Blau

When we heal with our ancestors, we unearth the power that lives within our blood and bones.

This introduction to ancestral healing will include sharing about our lineages, core tenets of ancestral healing as taught by Dr. Daniel Foor of Ancestral Medicine, Q&A, and a guided journey to experience connection with healed ancestors. 

In ancestral lineage healing, we seek to repair connections that have been lost so that our ancestors can receive the healing they need, and we, the living, our families, and our descendants can live in right relationship with ourselves, each other, the earth, and the ancestors.

Ancestral healing is intuitive, sacred work and this circle is held as a time of ritual and reverence, with song, prayer, embodiment, and grounded, trauma-informed facilitation.

If you’ve never done ancestor work, this is a great place to start. If you've already dived in, this is a wonderful way to go deeper. 

All who identify as women are welcome.

This is a one-time sample circle for the upcoming Women's Ancestral Healing Circle Series that begins in early 2027.
