Power of The Circle is a collaborative leadership training for women led by Luna Ray, Laura Billings, and the When Women Come to Pray community.
For thousands of years, people have gathered in circles to heal, learn, and cultivate harmony within community. Circles invite us to hold space for one another and to listen more deeply—to our own wisdom, grief, and inner knowing. In these times, we are being called back to the old ways to support the emergence of a new paradigm of living and working in peace, connection, and healing.
This six-week training offers a deep, intimate experience of collaborative leadership and shared vision. Each session will include singing, learning, open and authentic conversation, and ritual. Participants will gain greater self-understanding as well as practical tools and skills for facilitating circles and modeling empowered, heart-centered leadership. These skills are applicable across many contexts, including family circles, women’s circles, corporate settings, yoga communities, community projects, and one-on-one relationships.
