Lumos Transforms builds the embodied infrastructure for collective liberation. We resource individuals, organizations, and movements with the skills to stabilize, connect, and sustain the long work of healing and systemic change.

This year, Lumos experienced a significant loss of operating revenue as equity contracts were cut amid political backlash. The fee-for-service work that once underwrote our ability to offer low-bono and pro-bono support no longer holds. The need for this work continues to grow even as funding has contracted.
