Ali is a painter and teacher, originally from St. Petersburg, Florida. She trained in illustration at the Ringling College of Art & Design for undergraduate studies. She has worked independently for several years creating murals and faux finishing in private homes. After that, Ali worked in real estate marketing and gallery art sales that helped me understand art audiences. She realized she liked teaching when doing craft projects with her daughters and has taught for many years since then in Sarasota, Florida, Lima, Peru and currently in Chandler, Arizona. She is completing a master's in education through ASU and will graduate this May. Her work can be found at Art Expo Gallery in St. Petersburg, FL. 

She was inspired by Arizona's natural surroundings, fused with personal interpretation.
