Butterflies and rainbows are fleeting reminders of life’s magical moments. Each in its’ own way, a message of hope and encouragement. Kermit, the frog, sings about the Rainbow Connection as a symbolic path to find our place in the world: a magical link between our deepest aspirations and understanding the reality of life. He encourages us to seek a shared human connection and promises that magic does exist for those who dare to look for it. “The lovers, the dreamers and me”. As an award-winning fiber artist and competitive quilter, Barb applies the rules of good design and the painterly skills she learned while earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts. Barb is a creative professional who was most recently featured in an 8-page article in the Winter 2020 Art Quilting Studio magazine. Her original works can be found in private collections across the world from Arizona to Australia.
