Join Jenn White & Luna Ray for a six-week gathering for mothers ready to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
MOTHERHOOD CHANGES EVERYTHING — including who you thought you were. But in the midst of nap schedules, needs, and never-ending noise, it’s easy to lose who you are, what you want and how to support your own well-being..
This six-week journey was created for mothers at any stage who feel the quiet (or not-so-quiet) sense that something is missing — not from their children’s lives, but from their own. This time has been created to support moms looking for connection, community and an opportunity to reflect on what she wants in this phase of motherhood.
Each week weaves together song, ritual, prayer, poetry, and creative expression to create a space that is rare and deeply needed: one that is entirely ours.
Each week includes:
• Songs
• Ritual
• Prayer & poetry
• Creative expression (storytelling, art, SoulCollage, and more)
• Nervous system support
• Optional connection between sessions via WhatsApp
What we’ll explore together
Weeks 1 & 2 — Matrescence + Motherhood in Our Times
There’s a word for the profound transformation that happens when a woman becomes a mother — matrescence. We’ll begin here, exploring what this transition really means, and how the cultural, familial, and societal waters we’ve been swimming in have quietly shaped the way we mother. Awareness is where everything begins.
Weeks 3 & 4 — Mom Parts & Radical Self-Compassion
We all carry parts of ourselves that make motherhood feel harder than it has to be. These two weeks gently invite you to look at those parts with curiosity rather than judgment. Through nervous system work, visualization, and SoulCollage, we’ll explore what self-compassion actually looks and feels like — not as a concept, but as a lived practice.
Weeks 5 & 6 — Aligned Motherhood: Claiming Your Own Way
What kind of mother do you actually want to be? What matters most to you, and what are you ready to let go of? In our final weeks, we explore your values, examine the beliefs and limits you’ve inherited versus chosen, and take real steps toward the motherhood experience you want to create — with more ease, connection, and joy.
This is not a parenting course. It’s an invitation to come home to yourself —
so you can show up for the people you love from a place of wholeness rather than depletion.
Your journey and experience are important, too.

Meet your Facilitators:
Jenn White - Primary Facilitator
Jenn is a guide for mamas who love to mother but don't love the systems they're mothering in. She helps them detangle from the impossible expectations that create self-doubt, exhaustion, and overwhelm — through education, reflection, parts work, and SoulCollage. The result? Moms who slow down, tune in, and get honest about what they truly want, so they can create more ease, connection, and joy in their journey.
