Come gather in a sacred circle for an afternoon of remembering, releasing, and reconnecting to yourself.
So many of us carry an invisible weight — the quiet, persistent story of the “good mother.” She is patient. Selfless. Tireless. Certain. And somewhere along the way, we learned we must be her.
In this open and honest space led by Jennifer White, we will gently name the myths we’ve inherited about motherhood — the ones that shape how we live, love, strive, sacrifice, and judge ourselves. Together, we will explore how these stories live in our bodies and choices, and begin the inner work of laying them down.
Through reflection and creative ritual, we will listen for a truer voice within — the one that knows how you are meant to mother, love, and live.
Our afternoon will include:
Guided journaling to surface the unseen narratives
Visualization to reconnect with your inner wisdom
SoulCollage® card-making to have a visual representation for how you are meant to mother
Heart-centered sharing in community
You will leave with greater clarity, compassion for yourself, and small, conscious steps toward a more spacious and soul-aligned way of mothering.
Dress comfortably and bring a journal. Light snacks will be provided.
