Navigating Uncertainty Together: Strengthening Orange County Nonprofits for What’s Next
Navigating Uncertainty Together is an invite-only leadership program supporting Orange County nonprofit executives through today’s political and economic volatility.
Grounded in findings from the Orange County Nonprofit Needs Assessment, this unique experience blends shared learning, scenario planning, and expert guidance with space for peer connection and reflection.
Designed for nonprofits serving historically underserved communities, the program includes a virtual primer on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, followed by five in-person sessions from September 2025 to February 2026. Participating organizations will gain practical tools, access to expert facilitators, and a supportive peer cohort—all aimed at helping leaders move from insight to action, together.
