Grandma's House of Hope   

Since 2007, Grandma’s House of Hope has been providing housing and wrap-around services to single adult men and women who historically have fallen through the cracks. Grandma’s House of Hope provides Housing, Wrap-Around Services, Housing Navigation, and After-Care Services to our Orange County’s adult men and women who may be experiencing:  Domestic violence, Human trafficking, Victimhood of crime, Severe trauma, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Re-entry into the community after serving time in custody, Serious and persistent mental health disorders, Persistent disabilities, Life-threatening illnesses
