Forever Footprints   

History

Forever Footprints was originally founded as OC Walk to Remember in 2005 by two moms who had experienced the death of their babies. Kristyn von Rotz and Lyndsey McLaughlan started the organization as a small walk with 100 participants. Thanks to the work of many passionate families, sponsors, employees, volunteers and supporters, the organization has now grown into a multifacted nonprofit organization that has served more than 10,000 people. In 2014, the name changed from OC Walk to Remember to Forever Footprints to reflect the many ways the organization now serves families, through our three missions of services: support, education and remembrance. The OC Walk to Remember name will remain with the annual flagship event, the OC Walk to Remember Memorial Service, 5K Walk and Celebration of Angels.
