August Yoga Classes with Liza Gesuden hosted by KUBO Long Beach and KUBO Organizing Project

Gather with us for a trauma-informed, restorative yoga practice where we can prepare for and invite rest through our intentional breath and movement. Every body is welcome. Mats will be provided or bring your own. 

Liza Gesuden (she/her/siya) is a certified Breathe 4 Change yoga instructor (500-ERYT) and teaches trauma-informed, accessible movement classes with diverse communities.
