The 2026 Fundraiser will be held at a new location - The Barn at UVX Road - 1095 UVX Road, Cottonwood. The Casino Night at the Book Barn will begin at 5pm and end at 9pm on April 18, 2026. It will include casino games, silent auction, book pull and a drawing for Jackpot Baskets at the end of the night. Food provided by EDEN/Sedona Catering Co. and a cash bar. Food, entertainment, casino chip and one drink ticket included per ticket. Music provided by Guitarist Sir Harrison. Please join us to help raise money to continue the success of the Verde Valley Imagination Library.
Casino Night at the Book Barn is on Saturday - April 18 - here are some details you may want to know. The event will be held at The Barn at UVX Rustic Ranch, address is 1095 UVX Rd, Cottonwood. Dress code is casual, western if you wish. It is a rustic barn setting, with casino games.
The Book Pull will begin at 5:30 pm - and will be open until we sell out, usually within 30 minutes.
The Silent Auction will begin at 5pm and close at 8pm. You can pay for and pick up items at the end of the evening at approx. 8:30pm.
There will be a 50/50 Raffle from 6-7pm - CASH ONLY.
The Bar will include beer from Smelter Town Brewery; wine from many local and one CA winery and a "DollyRita" Prickly Pear Margarita - one drink ticket is included and a few extras for sponsors.
The Casino Games will be open from 5:30-8:30 pm - you will receive a casino chip worth $500 and can purchase more chips throughout the evening for $50 per $500 chip.
You can trade in your chips for Jackpot Raffle tickets if you don't wish to gamble at all, or when you are finished gambling. Good Luck!
PLEASE NOTE: We will be charging the bank fee as it indicates when you check out. This is a fundraiser after all!!! We will accept local checks and cash. Thank you for your understanding.
