2018 Special Olympics on Parade

We have an exciting volunteer opportunity with our upcoming 2018 Special Olympics on Parade at AV Irvine located at 16500 Scientific Way in Irvine on Saturday, April 21! We need volunteer teams to help make this an amazing event! We have a couple of volunteer options. 

1) Event set up working with the silent auction items, program books, decorations and transporting items to the main floor from 1:00pm-4:00 pm. 

2) Event production including registration, selling tickets, silent and live auction, as well as supporting the auction vendor-BidHelpers from 4:00pm – 8:00pm.
