BANNER PROJECT

This Rotary project is intended to honor local area Veterans and their families. Banners are posted in celebration of Veteran's Day. The cost to participate is under review for 2026 and covers the costs of the banner and pole bracket. We anticipate these banners to last somewhere around eight (8) years depending on weather conditions and will be reinstalled annually. Due to the Oregon Motorist Information Act in Oregon Revised Statute Chapter 377 we can no longer accept payments on this website and payments must be made to the producer of the banners. Those arrangements are still being sorted out for 2026.

Deadline to order banners: We accept applications from June 1st to August 15th annually to hang banners by November 1st. Any orders received after August 15th will be carried over to the following year. We have a limited amount of locations available to hang banners and availability of location is subject to change without notice. Our intent is to hang banners in downtown Albany from October through most of November annually.
