Work closely with our restaurant chefs, making sure they have what they need for their stations during the entire event.
Assist with event setup including registration desk, Rotary information table, chef stations and signage. Event setup will be from approx. 3-4:45 p.m.
Greet attendees at the front door of the Chocolate Factory and direct them to our event on the 2nd floor accessible via stairs or elevator. Greeters can join the event at 5:15 p.m.
Direct guests on where to park at Bite of Lahaina Event at Maui Ku'ia Chocolate Factory. Parking Lot Attendants can join the event at 5:15 p.m.
Provide information to attendees about the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset by answering questions, providing them with information and inviting them to an upcoming meeting. Volunteers will take turns at the table in 30 minute shifts.
Welcome attendees to the event, check their registration and provide details on the evening. Registration desk will be open from 4:45 p.m. - approx 5:30 p.m.
