DESPERATE, DESPERATE, DESPERATE FOR THESE SHIFTS:
SHIFT #1 SUNDAY, JUNE 10TH -- 4 volunteers -- This is a new shift this year!Loading the van for early Monday morning departure to golf course. Time will be determined by the Logistics person and you will be contacted to meet at ourstorage facility in Capo Beach. This is not expected to be a huge time commitment.WE HAVE NOT EVEN ONE VOLUNTEER!!!
THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS ARE ALL FOR THE TOURNAMENT ON MONDAY, JUNE 11TH
SHIFT #2 -- 4 volunteers -- 6:30 am until about 8:30 am
Load out and begin set up for registrationWE NEED TWO MORE!
SHIFT #3 -- 18 volunteers -- 8:30 am until about noon
Registration, distribution of goody bags, survival packs, selling raffle tickets, etc. You will also help tear down and pack up when registration is over. Tournament starts at 11 am; tear down will be around that time. (It usually goes very quickly sincemost of the items are gone!)WE NEED EIGHT MORE!
SHIFT #4 -- 4 volunteers -- 8:30 am until about noonRegiment Store and Recruit Depot (2 in each)(Recruit Depot is new; it's to give out information on volunteering, etc.) WE NEED THREE MORE!
SHIFT #7 -- 18 volunteers -- 10:30 am to 2:15 pm (morning shift)
