The Tucson Sunset Rotary Club and the Pantano Rotary Club of Tucson are raising funds for the Angel Heart Pajama Project!

Since the inception of Angel Heart Pajama Project in 2013 we have served about 38,000 children with new pajamas and books. Angel Heart provides pajamas and books to the following agencies in Cochise Co, also other Southeastern AZ Communities; CASA, Forgash House, House of Hope, Graham Griffey Shelter and one shelter in Yuma under Catholic Social Services. At this point we do not have a waiting list of organizations to serve. We have been blessed to provide pajamas and books to all organizations who contact us. As long as we have the new pajamas a books we will get them out to needy children.
Angel Heart Pajama Project’s mission is “to provide new pajamas and books and to foster literacy development in children who are abandoned, abused, removed from homes and placed in foster care or living in homeless shelters in the City of Tucson, South Tucson, and surrounding counties in Southern Arizona including Pima, Cochise, and Santa Cruz”. Angel Heart Pajama Project is a 501c3 organization.

This donation is a tribute to my grandmother who taught in a one room school house on the South Dakota prairie from 1919-1921. She loved reading, teaching & she instilled this passion in me.
