Erie Health and Family Fitness Day

Family Health & Fitness Day is celebrated nationwide to promote the importance parks and recreation in keeping communities healthy. Get the family together for this fun-filled day that will include a heart & sole family run, kid's activities, vendors, Ninja Nation mobile course, and more!  

We will be running an activity for the kids and talking to the parents about the Imagination Library. Kassie and I will bring all of the supplies and the activity. When you arrive at 8:30 we will give you a quick training before the event starts.
