I realize this class has 3 dates for the 1 price, Day 1 work with the clay- make the pot and lid. Day 2- Glaze (won't take long!) Day 3- Pick up! Day 1- November 20 class is 5-7:00 Day 2- December 11 come glaze between 5:00-7:00 Day 3 - December 19th Pick up between 6:00-8:00 during a Polymer Clay Jewelry pop up- come take the class! I am going to leave my 2nd grader or up at the studio with you! Who is attending the class- student name please list all who will be working on 1 registration. Kids being dropped off- Guardians name, email, emergency phone number Anything we need to know to help us with any artists? allergies? mobility? medical conditions? glasses? has an Aide during the school day? ADA requirements? If you are dropping off your artists...If a student's behavior at any time threatens the immediate safety of him/her ,other students, or staff, the parents will be called for immediate pick up. I give permission for all attendees and their art to be photographed by All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation to be used on for marketing and on their social media platforms. In the event of an accident or injury I assume responsibility, and release All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation, all owners and affiliates of any and all claims of liability.
