In the event of an accident or injury I assume responsibility, and release All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation, all owners and affiliates of any and all claims of liability. If a student's behavior at any time threatens the immediate safety of him/her ,other students, or staff, the parent/ guardian, will be notified and expected to pick up the child immediately. If the the unsafe behavior continues after the parent's involvement, the child will be removed from the class permanently. A prorated class fee will be reimbursed, if applicable. As the guardian, I have read this policy and and agree with these terms. Yes, I understand the behavior policy. No, I do not agree and would like to talk with someone.
