Send us an email with the following in JPEG format to TownsendRotary@gmail.com: (1) Crafters: 3-5 pictures – 1 of your display, the rest of your work; (2) Food Vendors: 1 picture of your display, food vendor license, menu. We may use the pictures to add you to our photo gallery on the Townsend Fall Fest website, the Fall Fest Facebook page or the Fall Fest Instagram page.

Do you have any special needs or requests? (park location, street location, sun, shade, accommodation for extra high tent, etc… We will do our best, but no guarantees…)

Have you completed the application including sending over the photos (if applicable)? Incomplete applications will not be considered. Judging will be in July. Fees are non-refundable after September 1, 2022.
