I understand minor scraps and cuts are part of working with glass, and will not hold All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation liable in minor incidents involving glass during this opportunity. If a student's behavior at any time threatens the immediate safety of him/her ,other students, or staff, the parent/ guardian, will be notified and expected to pick up the child immediately. If the the unsafe behavior continues after the parent's involvement, the child will be removed from the class permanently. A prorated class fee will be reimbursed, if applicable. As the guardian, I have read this policy and and agree with these terms. I give permission for all attendees and their art to be photographed by All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation to be used on for marketing and on their social media platforms. Who is able to pick up your student from this class? Do they walk to the LAB? Do they walk home? Have you taken a class in the AtAF Studio before? If yes, which one?
