Since 1983, more than 80,000 young lives have been touched by The Wooden Floor. At our Santa Ana campus, The Wooden Floor changes the lives of youth in low-income communities through dance and access to higher education.
We make a long-term investment of up to 10 yeasr in each of these young people, providing the tools, guidance and opportunity to succeed in school and in life. They engage in intensive dance education, supported by academic, college readiness and family support programs.
Since 2005, 100 percent of our senior class students have graduated from high school on time and immediately enrolled in higher education - at a rate about three times their socio-economic peers nationally.
