A short drive away, you can enjoy the beaches of Lake Tahoe in King’s Beach, Tahoe City and Sand Harbor in Incline Village.
The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare festival at Sand harbor is held every summer. It is a unique experience in an outdoor setting, with the lake in the background.
The Space:
It is a 4-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom home on 3 levels with designer touches and big glass windows, bringing light and nature to the interior of the house. It is an open layout, ideal for spending time with family and friends.
The first floor has a 2-car garage, mudroom, and a bedroom (queen bed) with an attached bath and a sitting area with TV.
The second floor has a living room with gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen, powder room and an ensuite bedroom (king bed). There is a large deck in front for meals or sitting around a gas fireplace. A smaller deck at the back has a hot tub.
The third floor has the primary bedroom (king bed) with attached bath; there is also a second bedroom (queen bed) with bath and a separate sitting area.
A set of stairs takes you to a loft with 2 double beds.
