We are raising awareness about suicide prevention and collecting funds to support The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP.org) Our goal is to spread hope, increase awareness, and prevent suicide by supporting organizations that provide crucial resources and services to those in need. Together, we can make a positive impact on mental health and save lives.
The Story:
Jeff Trujillo established this event as a tribute to his late cousin, with whom he shared a passion for skateboarding and travel, and to raise awareness about suicide and mental health within the skateboarding community. Through his role as both an older cousin and mentor, Jeff's cousin had become an integral part of his life, making the impact of his loss all the more profound.
