Established in 2013 when 14 kids passed away from drug overdoses, a group of passionate individuals formed Community Outreach Alliance (COA Ministries) so they could provide healthy opportunities and resources for the youth and community. COA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in San Clemente, California that strives to provide free food, music outreach, and community partner resources for youth, families, military, and seniors to stay healthy and active.
