Surinder Singh along with his family have brought to the beautiful, upbeat city of Tempe a part of Northern India. Surinder Singh has been in the Indian restaurant industry for 30 years. When Singh first arrived in the States back in 1989 from India his first job was in an Indian restaurant and ever since he has fell in love with the industry and fell in love with the art of Indian food.
Singh previously owned and operated restaurants in Denver, Colorado, Prescott, Arizona, Mesa, Arizona (Guru Palace) and now he has brought to you a restaurant in Tempe, Arizona called 'India’s Flame'. Singh’s mission is to cook and serve authentic Indian food to expand knowledge about his cultural food to his community.
