Entheos Community   

Who We Are

The Entheos Community is a global collective of makers, healers, artists, cultivators, scientists, and leaders on six continents from more than forty different countries. Many of us actively contribute to transformational communities, work in medical and/or psychological research, innovate at the intersection of technology and culture, facilitate intimate experience with the sacred,  and  study the evolution of consciousness.

What We Do

We are a community that

1. Explores the mystery and science of consciousness;
2. Acts with value-centered purpose across all national, religious and ideological lines; and
3. Gathers regularly to experience what we have learned with those who are discovering their own entheos.

We create sacred spaces in unusual places to celebrate the mystery of life and we work to connect Entheos communities globally that cultivate healing and transformation locally.

Entheos Defined

Entheos (or ἔνθεος, as it is written in Greek) is a word which means, literally, "the god within." It is the root of the English word "enthusiasm.” By Entheos we are not referencing a particular religion, faith or creed, rather we are pointing to a universal and personal experience of the sacred which we believe is most clearly recognized  when we gather as a community with creative intention.

This idea is the guiding light behind our gatherings, where Entheos artists, makers and performers, together with contributing participants, build interactive spaces of creativity through art, music, dance, story, and community, spaces where others are welcome to discover and contribute their own ἔνθεος.
