Prior to claiming your organization’s page, make sure you have your IRS Letter of Determination handy.
Once you have claimed your page, you will follow these steps to get started:

To start accepting donations/transactions, you will need to set up your organization’s bank account information:
  • Sign in and click on your logo in the upper left corner of the page
  • Follow this tutorial video to link your bank info:

Update the “About” section for your organization’s page:
  • From Settings, scroll down to ‘Tell us about your charity’. You can include text and/or video - anything that will help potential donors learn more about your mission.

Creating Opportunities:
  • Opportunities are ways for potential donors and volunteers to engage with your organization. Opportunities can be volunteer events, fundraising campaigns, fundraising virtual events, and more.
